Dr. Sameer Bajaj graduated from the University of California, San Francisco (UCSF) with a Doctor of Dental Surgery. Before entering UCSF, he completed a Master’s in Public Health degree at the University of Saskatchewan and worked as a research associate at the University of Calgary, Cumming School of Medicine.

His passion for the field of periodontics led him to externships at the University of Toronto, the University of Manitoba, and the University of Alberta. Dr. Bajaj completed his Master in Medical Science – Periodontology, a three-year surgical residency program at the University of Alberta.

Dr. Bajaj is a practicing periodontist in Calgary, where he uses his clinical expertise in the treatment of periodontal (gum) diseases, periodontal plastic procedures such as gum grafting, bone grafting, and surgical placement of dental Implants. Dr. Bajaj is both a Canadian and American dual-board-certified periodontist. He is a Fellow of the Royal College of Dentists of Canada and a Diplomate of the American Board of Periodontology. Dr. Bajaj is passionate about dental photography and documents his cases to educate his patients and community members.
